This Early Withdrawal Contract is entered into between the account holder ("Client") and BLLER ("Royal Dutch Shell") for the early release of funds held in the Client's brokerage account prior to standard settlement completion.

1. Early Withdrawal Request. The Client acknowledges that funds are currently held in a brokerage account and may not reflect full settlement value. The Client requests an early withdrawal of the full current available balance, understanding that the full tax amount to be paid separately.

2. Contract/Execution. Upon signing, the Company will process the early withdrawal at the full available value. The Client agrees that once executed, the withdrawal is final and cannot be reversed. Any difference between the current and settled value will not be credited or refunded.

3. Eligibility. The Client confirms they have reviewed their account status and understand that early withdrawal eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the Company based on account status, settlement rules, and applicable regulations.

4. Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from the early withdrawal, including but not limited to differences in settlement value, market fluctuations, or tax implications.

5. Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Client's account is held.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract.
